We’d like for you to have the best possible benefit from Buyer Beware (“the Product”) and we genuinely hope that you find it very useful. However, before we go any further, there are a few legal issues which we must clarify for both yours and our protection.
COPYRIGHT and USE
PropertyInvesting.com Pty Ltd and / or its agents (“we / us / our”) own the copyright to the material, written, audio, visual or otherwise included in the Product.
You are licenced to use the Product for your personal use and personal investment purposes. You will be provided with a unique login ID for your use. You are not entitled to share nor authorise others to use your login ID. We reserve the right to track IP addresses to ensure that login ID’s are not misused.
If you materially breach the terms of use we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the licence and your right to use and / or access the Product. In these circumstances you will not be entitled to a refund or other compensation.
No portion of the Product, including notes or other materials, may be recorded, reproduced, published or disseminated in any way or by any means without the prior written consent of PropertyInvesting.com Pty Ltd.
Applying the Product to any potential investment does not mean that the investment has been endorsed, approved or authorised by Steve McKnight or PropertyInvesting.com.au or entitle you to make such representations.
1. Does the information in the Product constitute advice?
This Product is intended to provide general information on how Steve McKnight completes due diligence on a buy and hold residential investment property. As such, the content and any templates, handouts, checklists, etc. do not constitute specific financial advice, rather they are general educational resources presented with the aim of helping you to improve your investing skills.

Only you can assess whether or not you have the required skills together with the ability to manage the ongoing inherent risks associated with the techniques and methods outlined in the Product – and whether any real estate investment is appropriate for you.
PropertyInvesting.com Pty Ltd and Steve McKnight, or any related party involved with the Product does not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense incurred by you if you rely on or utilise any of the ideas, methods or techniques included in the Product.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent that the law allows:
4.1 we (including our officers, employees, agents and members) are not liable for any loss or damage, however caused (including by negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the Product or your reliance on any information contained in the Product; and
4.2 any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied in these terms and conditions is hereby excluded.
